Shipping and returns

Blauver Foods S.L. delivers throughout Spain, the European Union, and the rest of Europe. The maximum delivery time is 30 calendar days from the confirmation of the order, except in extraordinary circumstances or when the product is customized. If this deadline cannot be met, you will be contacted to agree on a new date or to cancel the order with a full refund of the amount paid.

If you are not present at the agreed delivery location at the time of delivery, the order may be returned to the warehouse. The carrier will leave a notice with instructions to arrange a new delivery. If after 30 days from when the order becomes available it has not been delivered due to reasons not attributable to Blauver, it will be understood that you have withdrawn from the contract, and it will be canceled with a refund of the amount paid, minus any additional costs incurred for the return shipment.

From the moment delivery is made, the risks associated with the product become the buyer’s responsibility. Ownership of the product is transferred once full payment has been received, including shipping costs, or at the time of delivery if it occurs after payment.

Taxation

If delivery is within Spanish territory (except the Canary Islands, Ceuta, and Melilla), current Spanish VAT applies. For deliveries within the European Union, VAT of the destination country will apply. For the Canary Islands, Ceuta, and Melilla, deliveries are exempt from VAT, although local taxes and customs duties may apply, which will be borne by the buyer. The same applies to other locations outside Spain or the EU, where taxes and customs duties may be charged in accordance with the regulations of the destination country.

Damages and Issues

Please inspect your order upon receipt and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged, or if you receive the wrong item, so we can assess the issue and make it right.
You have 7 days from the date of delivery to initiate a claim. Shipping costs are non-refundable.

Exceptions / Non-Returnable Items

Certain types of items cannot be returned, such as perishable goods (e.g., food). Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.
For any problem or concern about your order, our team will provide the solution that best suits your needs.

Changes

If you want to modify your purchase after placing it, the quickest way is to contact our team by email at info@blauver.com or by phone at 634323928.
However, we cannot guarantee the possibility of canceling your order if it has already been handed over to the carrier for shipment.

14-Day EU Withdrawal Period

Notwithstanding the above, if the goods are shipped to the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days for any reason and without justification. As mentioned above, your item must be in the same condition as you received it—unused, unworn, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

You must do this as soon as possible and, in any case, within a maximum of 14 calendar days from when Blauver Foods was informed of your decision to cancel the purchase.

Refund

Once your return has been received and inspected, we will send you a notification to confirm whether the refund has been approved. If everything is in order, we will proceed with the refund using the same payment method you used for your purchase, within a maximum of ten business days.
In cases of returns not due to a manufacturing defect, the refund will be issued as a gift card that you can use on our website to purchase any other product.

Please note that depending on your bank or card issuer, the refund may take a bit longer to appear. If more than 15 business days have passed since we approved your return and you have not yet received the amount, please write to us at info@blauver.com.
