- 2 tablespoons tahini
- 2 tablespoons lemon juice

- 1-2 dosis de espirulina fresca Blauver
- Sal con espirulina y pimienta al gusto
Preparation:
- Place all ingredients in a blender or food processor.
- Mix until a creamy and homogeneous texture is obtained.

- 1 ripe banana
- 3 tablespoons agave syrup or honey
- ½ cup of melted coconut oil
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
- White chocolate for melting
- Espirulina crunchy
Preparation:
- Preheat the oven to 160°C and grease any cake or biscuit pan.
- Mix the dry ingredients in a bowl: oat flour, cocoa and baking powder.
- In a bowl, mix the yogurt, mashed banana, honey, oil and egg yolks until a homogeneous mass is obtained.
- In another bowl, beat the eggs with the sugar, coconut oil and vanilla.
- Incorporate the dry ingredients into the wet ingredients and mix until a uniform dough is obtained.
- With a whisk, beat the egg whites until stiff. Add the egg whites to the mixture.
- Pour the mixture into the pan and bake at 160º for 50-60 minutes until a toothpick inserted comes out clean.
- Once cooled, decorate with the melted white chocolate and the crunchy spirulina to bring the tree to life.
