Blauver Foods S.L. delivers throughout Spain, the European Union and the rest of Europe. The maximum delivery time is 30 calendar days from order confirmation, except for extraordinary circumstances or product customizations. If this deadline cannot be met, you will be contacted to arrange a new date or cancel the order with a full refund of the amount paid.
In case you are not at the agreed place at the time of delivery, the order may be returned to the warehouse. The carrier will leave a notice with instructions to arrange a new delivery. If after 30 days since the order is available it has not been delivered for reasons not attributable to Blauver, it will be understood that you withdraw from the contract and we will proceed to its cancellation, with the refund of the amount paid, discounting possible additional costs for the transport of the return.
From the moment of delivery, the risks associated with the product become the responsibility of the buyer. Ownership of the product is acquired when full payment has been received, including shipping costs, or at the time of delivery if this occurs after payment.
Taxes
Regarding taxation, if the delivery is made within the Spanish territory (except for the Canary Islands, Ceuta and Melilla), the current Spanish VAT is applied. For deliveries within the European Union, the VAT of the destination country will be applied. In the case of the Canary Islands, Ceuta and Melilla, deliveries are exempt from VAT, although local taxes and customs duties may apply, which shall be borne by the buyer. The same applies to all other locations outside Spain or the EU, where taxes and customs duties may apply according to the regulations in force in the country of destination.
Damage and problems
Please inspect your order upon receipt and contact us immediately if the item is defective or damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the problem and correct it.
You have 7 days from the date of delivery to initiate a claim. Shipping charges are non-refundable.
Exceptions / Non-Returnable Items
Certain types of items cannot be returned, such as perishable goods (as in the case of food). Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns of sale items or gift cards.

European Union 14-Day Withdrawal Period
Notwithstanding the above, if the goods are shipped to the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days for any reason and without justification. As mentioned above, your item must be in the same condition in which you received it, unused or unworn, with tags and in its original packaging. You will also need your receipt or proof of purchase.

You must do so as soon as possible and, in any case, within a maximum period of 14 calendar days after Blauver Foods was informed of the decision to cancel the purchase.
Reimbursement
Once we receive and inspect your return, we will send you a notification to confirm if the refund has been approved. If everything is correct, we will proceed to make the refund using the same payment method you used in your purchase, within a maximum period of ten working days.
In the case of returns that are not due to a manufacturing defect, the refund will be made through a gift card that you can use on our website to buy any other product.
